職位描述

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day office administration, incoming and outgoing documents, office equipment maintenance and supplies, company events
  • Performance manage and supervise a team of administrative and support staff including receptionist and office assistant
  • Coordinate administrative tasks to suit the office demands
  • Manage and execute HR function covering appraisal systems, performance benchmark, recruitment and selection, etc.
  • New staff orientation and regular training to support staff
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance and leave record
  • Chair daily briefing meeting with the team and coordinate regular office meeting
  • Provide weekly and monthly management report
  • Handle special projects and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with over 8 years experience in administrative supervisory role, law firm experience will be an advantage
  • Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
  • Proactive, pleasant, motivated and well organized
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
  • Good computer skills and well-versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Immediately available is an advantage
