As we expand into new projects, we are seeking a highly organized support professional to provide essential administrative and clerical assistance in the daily operations of senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist CEO with any personal matters including travel, visas, transportation etc.
  • Arrange all staff overseas travel (flights, accommodation)
  • Take responsibility for all office administration including stationary ordering, insurances, office supplies, business card reordering etc.
  • Coordinate internal business functions including booking offsite meeting facilities and organising company social activities
  • Provide technical support to the office in respect of setting up laptops, telephones etc.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support for senior management requests

Key requirements of the role

  • High standard of written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Highly organised and a strong multitasker
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism and confidence when engaging with stakeholders at all levels of seniority, both internal and external.
  • Previous experience in Office Administrator is a plus
