Job Duties:
- Manage office operations, including correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, managing vendor relationships and budgets.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, timesheets, and record-keeping.
- Support staff with administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Handle basic bookkeeping and expense reporting.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of office administration or related experience, fresh graduate is welcomed.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office software (e.g., QuickBooks, Salesforce).
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Mandarin is a must.
