Job Duties:

  • Manage office operations, including correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, managing vendor relationships and budgets.
  • Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, timesheets, and record-keeping.
  • Support staff with administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and expense reporting.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of office administration or related experience, fresh graduate is welcomed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office software (e.g., QuickBooks, Salesforce).
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mandarin is a must.
