Merchandiser (Outdoors &Sundries)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for constant sourcing of new products and vendors, conduct comparison for quality and cost for different vendors
• Responsible for production follow up, order execution and logistic co-ordination
• Handle price negotiation and costing with vendors independently
• Monitor order tracking activities to meet market requirements in terms of quality, quantity, specification, delivery etc.
• Ensure the merchandise being imported complies with the company’s requirements and the regulatory norms
• Maintain strong business relationships with vendors 
• Handle emails with overseas vendors and headquarters independently
• Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested by the supervisor

Job Requirement

• Diploma or above qualification 
• 3 years relevant sourcing and merchandising experience for toys or hardgoods items are advantages 
• Familiar with EU market and SAP is preferable
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office application (MS Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Good command of English and Mandarin
