Marketing Officer (Ref. No.: AiDLab-MO)

What will you do?

(a) To support the Marketing/Assistant Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of a full range of marketing promotion programmes;

(b) To assist in developing the visual and content of marketing materials, including, copywriting of social media post, presentation materials, advertorials and other corporate literature;

(c) To liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on event management, ensuring all activities are in best practice and in line with the guidelines;

(d) To handle delegation visits and other supporting activities of the Centres;

(e) To manage inventory of marketing collaterals and maintain the clientele database; and

(f) To perform any other duties as assigned by the Centre Director and/or his delegates from time to time.

Who is our right fit?

(a) have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related discipline;

(b) possess at least two years of relevant work experience in sizable organisations;

(c) Creative mindset in marketing and communication

(d) Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other graphic software is preferable.

(e) have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

(f) have good problem-solving, communication, interpersonal and organisation skills; and

(g) be a team player, proactive, and have a good marketing sense and sense of visual arts for development of photos, videos, displays and publications

Applicants with less experience may be considered for the post of Assistant Marketing Officer
