Manager - Asset Management

Responsibilities:

•    Oversee a portfolio of assets to maximize operational and financial performance.

•    Analyze asset value creation and operational efficiency to identify enhancement opportunities.

•    Assist in formulating Asset Plans, including preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

•    Develop marketing and leasing strategies, and handle all leasing and tenancy matters for the group's portfolio.

•    Implement business objectives, including leasing strategies, asset management, and ESG initiatives.

•    Conduct periodic assessments of property performance and competitive positioning.

•    Coordinate with leasing, property management, and project teams to achieve KPIs.

•    Perform market analysis and research on the latest market trends and intelligence.

•    Prepare reports and presentation materials for Management.

•    Maintain good relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

•    Degree holder in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Property Management, Surveying, or related disciplines.

•    Leasing experience of logistics/commercial properties in Hong Kong preferred.

•    Around 7-15 years of relevant experience; package will be commensurate with experience.

•    Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized, and result-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, analytical mind, and sense of responsibility.

•    Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and presentation skills.

•    Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
