Management Trainee / Consultant
We are looking for talented individuals to join us as Management Trainees. Our 12-month program combines interactive learning with hands-on experience, guided by direct mentors and fellow trainees. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Consultant and will be eligible to participate in our commission scheme. You will gain valuable exposure through real transaction cases and regular market training sessions, developing essential skills in:
- Negotiation & Market Analysis
- Client Relationship Management
- Problem-Solving & Strategic Decision-Making
- Effective Communication & Presentation
This program serves as a strong foundation for navigating the dynamic and fast-changing commercial real estate market.
Responsibilities
- Analyse real estate data and market insights to support successful transactions.
- Prepare market materials, proposals, and financial comparisons under the guidance of senior colleagues.
- Assist in property viewings, negotiations, and deal closings.
- Identify potential clients through proposals, market material preparation, cold calls, and referrals.
- Establish relationships with developers, landlords, and real estate investors with senior team introductions.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
University graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
Less than three years’ work experience (experience in real estate consulting, finance, or retail is a plus).
Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (spoken & written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese typing.
Strong analytical and statistical skills.
- Has full working rights for Hong Kong
- Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to new challenges.
Required to take the Estate Agents Qualifying Examination (EAQE) to obtain an individual estate agent’s license.
Holder of an Estate Agent’s License (individual) or Salesperson’s License and Less than five years’ related experience would be considered as Consultant.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
