職位描述

Responsible:

  • Handling stock in and out, related documents, assist in packing and moving stock
  • Prepare forms and related documents
  • Process logistic document, stock control and time management of deliveryCommunicate with vendors and logistic company for delivering goods
  • Responsible for RMA process. Ensure the work is being completed on time and the submission of information is correct
  • Close contact with different departments to assist in goods delivering process
  • Assist to handle any ad-hoc task which assigned by department head


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experiences in related position
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • With knowledge in Computer products will be an advantage
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Short notice or Immediate available is preferred

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:10 (5-DAYS WORK WEEK)
