Jewelry Production Project Assistant

We’re seeking a detail-oriented assistant to support jewelry production through thorough
Quality Control (QC) reporting.

Key Responsibilities
• Preparing structured QC reports with specs, batch details, and supplier info
• Documenting defects with clear categorization, photos, and sample references
• Ensuring accuracy in measurements, materials, and compliance checks
• Recommending corrective actions and tracking follow-ups
• Sharing reports promptly with teams and suppliers to resolve issues
• Conducting on-site inspections (often in China) and integrating firsthand findings

Candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience will be considered for this position.

This role is vital to maintaining product quality, brand integrity, and smooth coordination across global production partners.
