Job Description

• Customer Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and present tailored storage and server solutions that align with their business objectives.

• Solution Design: Develop and articulate technical proposals and solution architectures that address customer requirements. Create detailed configurations for AI analytics Network ELV (Electronic Security - IP Cam) AIoT products

• Technical Expertise: Provide expert-level knowledge of AI application, IP cam, ACS, Sensor, cloud, storage and server technologies.

• Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions to potential clients.

• Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide insights that can drive strategic decisions and enhance our offerings.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment on product features and market strategies.

• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including RFP responses, solution designs, and customer-facing materials that clearly communicate the benefits of our solutions.

• Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales teams on technical aspects of solutions, ensuring they are well-equipped to engage with customers effectively. 

• Customization Support if needed.

Job Requirements

• At lease Over 3 years of experience AI application Network AIoT ELV (surveillance, electronic security) presales roles.
• Proficient in analyzing customers' needs and devising appropriate solutions
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin/ and English languages
