Position Purpose
The role of International Sales Operations Executive / Customer Service is responsible for assisting sales operations (order management, operational activities) and customers’ requests via different channels.
Responsibilities

Provide order entry support during market week
-
Provide full support and liaise with sales team on all sales and after-sales issue
-
Handle customers’ enquires (call and email) and provide after-sales service in a professional manner
-
Ensure the implementation of the Customer Service policy with a worldwide customer network
-
Liaise with internal departments, connecting across the business to fulfill customer need
-
Review customer complaints/feedback and internal workflows/procedures to identify service gaps
-
Prepare analysis and weekly report
-
Carry out any ad hoc duties assigned to meet business needs
Requirements
-

University graduate in any disciplines
-
1-2 years of experience in the fashion retail industry/luxury brand is preferable, fresh graduate is also welcome
-
Excellent command of English (written and verbal), Cantonese, and Mandarin
-
Strong customer-service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Reliable and Independent, positive attitude, able to work under pressure

Immediately available is preferred
