Responsibilities:

Responsible for C&B operations including payroll administration, MPF, tax reporting, leave administration, work injury compensation, final payment;

Conduct data analysis, HR reports & proposals and project management;

Implement HR policies and guidelines;
-
Handle data management for the HRMIS migration exercise.
Requirements:
-
Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
-
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably at supervisory level;
-
Proficient in MS Excel and handling numerical data with high accuracy;
-
Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related regulations;
-
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
-
Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to complete tasks with tight deadline.
Working hours: 44 hours per week
