Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in Human Resources operations including staff recruitment and C&B, such as job advertisement postings, interview scheduling, employment contracts, new staff orientations, leave administration and medical claims, new staff payroll & final payment etc.;

Handle routine maintenance on employee database and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate;
-
Updating on leave records and attendance records to facilitate accurate payroll processing;
-
Ensure in timely, accurate and confidential processing and record keeping of all payroll and related filings;
-
Assist in other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
-
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;

1-3 years all round experience in human resources and office administration;

Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation;

Detail-Minded, positive work attitude, self-disciplined with strong sense of responsibility, able to manage multi tasks and capable of meeting deadlines;

A good team player with good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with people at all levels;
-
Proficient in using Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
-
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer;
-
Immediately available is preferred.
