This position is to

• Instill a strong organization culture and values to all employees.
• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to management of recruitment, C&B, performance management and ER functions
• Formulate and deliver people strategies to meet with the organization growth.

Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact as well as credible partner and trusted advisor for stakeholders, to ensure that HR policies and procedures help the organization reach its strategic goals and long-term objectives
• Build, promote and enable an inspiring, supportive, fair and inclusive work culture and practices that uphold the organization's brand
• Lead the full spectrum of HR functions from strategy formulation and manpower planning to provision of day-to-day professional support
• Manage C&B, performance review, incentive schemes, recruitment and employee engagement and payroll processing
• Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
• Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Lead and coach HR staff to uplift and maintain HR services delivery
• Plan and organize staff welfare activities and organization staff events
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience at which 3 years at managerial grade;
• Experience in leadership development, succession planning and performance management;
• Experience in office relocation will be an added advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and team working skills with a service mindset and a focus on achieving organisation objectives and goals;
• Able to work independently and deliver high quality work under pressure; and willing to go an extra mile to meet objectives;
• Able to think big and work hands-on at the same time, with acute business acumen and an unafraid attitude to advance and challenge constraints
• Well versed in labour ordinances and public health measures to ensure legal compliance and employee safety
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identity trends and recommend multiple solutions
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
• Experience in public organisations, social purpose organisations or NGOs may have an advantage.
• To uplift and maintain HR services delivery
• Plan and organize staff welfare activities and organization staff events
• Performs other duties as assigned.
