Responsibilities:
- The intern will be attached to recruitment team. He/She will assist in the arranging interviews reference checks and onboarding formalities mainly for Childcare Services(CCS) as the replacement exercise of teaching staff will be started in late May and early June that involves additional workload to the existing designated team
- Provide general HR administrative support including data analysis, file stock-taking and HR documentation;
- Handle any ad-hoc assignment/tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- A good team player, with positive learning mindset and can-do attitude
- Good organization skills and attention to details
- Proficient in both Chinese and English
- Proficiency in PC knowledge e.g. MS word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
