職位描述
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for office facilities management, insurance, corporate credit cards, vendor management, service contracts, etc
- Provide administrative support to office, e.g. answering of phone calls, handling of mails and faxes, greeting to visitors, order of pantry supplies, control of stationery stock, office equipment maintenance, photocopy, filing and scanning
- Maintain office tidiness including conference & meeting rooms, open areas and pantry
- Perform some outdoor work (cheque bank-in and posting in needs)
- Perform ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- F.5 / DSE graduate or above
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Business travel is required
- Strong sense of responsibility, organized and hardworking
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Relevant experience is preferred
- Immediate availability is preferred
