Head of Leasing

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the leasing team and be fully responsible for all the leasing activities of the Company's commercial portfolio, including office, retail shops and industrial properties
• Formulate and implement leasing strategies to maximize the revenue generations and achieve occupancy
• Develop new market leads through solid network and proactive approaches to source and identify new potential tenants, e.g. PRC market
• Supervise the negotiation of lease agreements and renewals to ensure the Company's benefits are in favor of
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants to deliver satisfying service and maintain retention rate
• Prepare and manage the budget of the department, and responsible for the regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, market trends and etc.. for senior management

Personal Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experiences in commercial leasing, handled all retail, office and industrial portfolio, with around 8 years on managerial position
• Strategic thinking with strong business acumen, sensible with numbers, and with excellent analytical and communication skills
• An experienced team leader with solid stakeholder management skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin Chinese
