Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall management of our Dongguan furniture factory (500+ workers).

Identify, implement & monitor production plans.
-
Organize, implement, supervise, and regulate various processes, quality, equipment, cost, production volume indicators, etc., in the production process.

Monitor production output and adjust processes to meet deadlines.

Analysing production data to identify and resolve production issues.
-
Maintain good relationships with the clients & meeting customers' expectations.
-
Prepare production reports for senior management.
Job Requirements:
-
Possess more than 5 years of furniture industry experience in production management, with at least 3 years in positions such as Deputy General Manager of Production or Factory Manager.

Familiar with production operation and management, with rich experience in production management, cost control, quality management, and logistics management.
-
Familiar with the ISO9001 quality system, ISO14000 environmental management. system, and comprehensive production concepts and practical experience.

Knowledge of ERP systems.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.

Station in Dongguan is a must.

5-day work week
