Executive, Service Development (sales team, fresh graduates are welcome)

You will be responsible for: -

• Engage building owners and management agencies to secure new or retain existing maintenance contracts
• Handle contracts renewal and dealing with billable repairs.
• Execute company strategies and contribute on dynamic business development with different service solutions.
• Establish individual sales planning and sales funnel management
• Maintain good customer relationship for sustainable business growth
• Involve in brand building activities and conduct business presentations
• Ability to meet and exceed challenging revenue and profitability growth targets
• Achievement of efficient conversion of sales leads to opportunities and deals

We expect you to have

• Degree holder in any discipline,
• At least 1 – 2 years sales/customer service experience, preferably in E&M / property / facility management industry, fresh graduates will be considered.
• Ability of consultative selling to meet customer’s needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships in different organizational levels
• Strategic thinking & ability to prioritize short & long-term actions
• Business acumen to ensure sustainable revenue & profitability growth
• Knowledge and understanding of the sales funnel management and customer relationship management tools
• Fluency in spoken & written Chinese and English
• Immediate available is a definite advantage
