職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the Infection Prevention and Control Team;
  • Organise, coordinate and schedule meeting, programs and activities for the department;
  • Perform data entry tasks and upkeep the files, records and databases in good order;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the IPC team, handling inquiries and escalating issues as needed;
  • Manage the department stock check and replenishment requests; and
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or associate degree in any discipline is preferred;
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, prior work experience in hospital industry is preferable;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications;
  • Willing to learn, positive service attitude and result-oriented;
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills and be a good team player;
  • Strong sense of discipline, good time management, detail-minded;
  • Can work under pressure, be high-efficient, independent and self-motivated; and
  • Shift duty (AM/PM) is required.
