Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the Infection Prevention and Control Team;
- Organise, coordinate and schedule meeting, programs and activities for the department;
- Perform data entry tasks and upkeep the files, records and databases in good order;
- Act as the primary point of contact for the IPC team, handling inquiries and escalating issues as needed;
- Manage the department stock check and replenishment requests; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- A diploma or associate degree in any discipline is preferred;
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, prior work experience in hospital industry is preferable;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications;
- Willing to learn, positive service attitude and result-oriented;
- Good communications and interpersonal skills and be a good team player;
- Strong sense of discipline, good time management, detail-minded;
- Can work under pressure, be high-efficient, independent and self-motivated; and
- Shift duty (AM/PM) is required.
