eCommerce Operation Supervisor

You will:

• Supervise and manage daily sales operation of e-shop to ensure quality services are delivered on schedule.
• Mainly support full spectrum of e-shop sales administration duties including, general sales operation, sales and finance reporting, customer redemption, inventory control etc.
• Review the SOPs and propose improvement plan to enhance the operational efficiency and service quality.
• Work closely with both internal and external business partners to ensure smooth business operation.
• Coaching, inspiring and motivating the team.
• Sales training, development, and performance management.

You should have / be:

• Degree holder or equivalent with 4 years’ experience in ecommerce sales operation support with at least 1 year's experience as managerial/supervisory level.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong numerical sense with good analytical and reporting skills, problem solving skills and attention to details.
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Proficiency in the use of computer, including Internet applications, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Proactive, responsible, independent and able to work under pressure with face-paced environment.
