Responsibilities
• Attend to incoming text chats and emails from the customers
• Handle Inbound / Outbound calls / video calls for follow up when required
• Provide support in handling Inbound calls depending on the traffic and team resources
• Resolve the issues and queries for the customers
• Introduce our add-on service to the customers and encourage application and enrolment.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Perform shift duties including weekends and public holidays. 5 days per Week / 8 hours shift. Monday to Sunday including Public Holiday as required. Shift arrangements within a 24hour period/overnight shifts
• Handle ad-hoc duties in order support the team’s SLA
Requirements
• Diploma or above
• At least 1 years’ work experience in the customer service team of any financial institution
• Solid product knowledge of banking, credit card and personal loans is an advantage
• Good command of written Chinese and English, proficiency in word processing is an advantage
• Fresh Graduate is also welcome
