職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the reception counters and maintain clerical support to the daily operations 
  • Lead and coordinate the concierge service to provide service to residents
  • Prepare regular reports

 

Qualifications:

  • Form 5 graduation above academic qualification
  • At least 1 year experience in customer services
  • Holder of valid QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP)
  • Fluent in Cantonese, proficient in reading and writing in Chinese and English
  • Familiar with basic computer skills and MS office applications
