Customer Services Officer

Working alongside a wonderful team in The Peak Complex, we are seeking a Customer Service Officer to support our Customer Service team.

Key Accountabilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve services issues in a timely and professional manner. Resolve disputes and complaints when needed.
• Support the Sales and Marketing team on coordination and implementation of promotions and activities.

General Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Certificate or above in Hospitality/Leisure/ Tourism preferred
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Mature and responsible, good team player and self-motivated
