職位描述

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality services to customers and handle customers' enquiries at the reception counter 
  • To provide administrative support to management office if required
  • Perform ad-hoc duties if required

Requirements

  •  Form 5 or above with at least 1 years’ relevant work experience
  •  Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and fluent in Mandarin is preferable
  •  Hands-on experience in MS Office including Word and Excel
  •  Fresh Graduate will also be considered
  •  Regular office working hours  
  •  熟悉一般電腦文書工作,懂排版及平面設計優先
  •  Immediate available is highly preferred
