Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming call / email / fax for the assigned accounts
  • Follow-up and monitor the whole process of ordering, eg. order entry, delivery follow up, goods return request, credit note entry
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties on order arrangement and account maintenance
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • F.5 graduate/DSE or above with 1-2 year working experience
  • Experience in customer services/ logistics/ operations/ sales is a plus
  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented and responsible  
  • Good PC skills in using MS Word, Excel
  • Solid experienced with ERP system such as SAP (or equivalent) is highly preferable
  • More experience will be considered as Senior Sales Coordinator
