JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Manage the order process and serve as the main contact of the client.
- Coordinate with different parties to schedule and monitor shipments.
- Provide complete and accurate information regarding service requirements.
- Assist to complete all required documentation for customs clearance.
- Assemble job paperwork for operations while providing a complete move plan with detailed descriptions of all services to be provided.
- Timely update the internal system.
- Perform other related essential duties as assigned or requested.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to interact cooperatively and professionally with customers and co-workers.
