Responsibilities:
Customer support: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and grievances related to products or services.
Order processing: Receive, process, and verify customers purchase orders from various channels, apply relevant export licenses and arrange shipments.
Point of Issues resolution and claim:Act as the point of contact for resolving product-related problems and processing warranty claims.
Invoicing and payments: Issue and track sales invoices and follow up customer payments
Inventory management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with customers on product deliveries..
Record keeping: Maintain and update customer records and sales databases, ensuring accuracy.
Reporting: Compile and prepare regular sales reports and analyze data on sales trends.
Cross-departmental coordination: Liaise with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Services / Sales Administration
- Knowledge of import/export sales and shipping is required;
- Aviation supplies background / APEC shipment handling experiences an advantage;
- Fluent in English / Mandarin written and verbal communication (knowledge of other Asian language an advantage);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, sales databases or similar programs;
- Higher Diploma or equivalent;
- Good team player, willing to learn and self-motivated;
- Immediately available is preferred.
