Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities:

- To provide warm welcome to customers, understand their needs and ensure the Best Customer Experience is achieved

- To handle inquiries raised by customers

- To support various customer events and perform administrative duties

- To support ad hoc assignments arranged by managers

Requirements:

- Diploma holder or above

- At least 1-year relevant customer service experience would be an advantage

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Fluent in English is preferred

- Able to work on Saturday and ad hoc rostering
