RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer inquiries via phone.

Ensure customer queries and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy.

Balance customer’s expectation & service level by providing effective and efficient solutions to customer.

Immediately available is highly preferred.
REQUIREMENTS

DSE / HKCEE or above
-
Customer-oriented with good communication skills is essential.

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin will also be an advantage.

Good PC knowledge and Chinese word processing preferable.
