Job Responsibility
• Brainstorm, design, enhance and execute all visual contents (copywriting,
illustrations, photography, video, multimedia, out-of-home, and print
materials) that align with marketing to promote the brand from online to offline
channels with creativity and design technologies, adding value to the brand
profile
• Conduct proposals with visual contents and creativity for internal and external
various presentations
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across
all materials
• Responsible for printing output and production management, including
quality control
• Assist in formulating marketing goals and plans to align with brand direction
and company objectives
• Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
aligned with business objectives
• Work closely with internal and external team members to deliver work of
highest standard, on time, and within budget
• Support the materials and operations and engage in dynamic events and
promotions to promote the brand and corporate image
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in a design angle
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or related fields is
preferred
•Minimum 5 years of experience in design, art or brand development
•Proficiency in design software tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,
Lightroom, Bridge etc), motion graphics skill a plus
•Familiarity with social media tools such as Facebook, Instagram,
xiaohongshu etc
•Creative mindset and excellent storyteller; works well independently and as
a team
•Proactive, positive attitude and good interpersonal skills dealing with tenants,
business partners & stakeholders
•Excellent communication skills, multi-tasking and attentive to details
•Experience and interest in the shopping mall industry an advantage
•Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
