Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Solutions Account Manager to join our team. As a Cloud Solutions Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling cloud solutions to SME customers. Your primary objective will be to increase the stickiness, loyalty, and spending of existing key accounts, identify potential customers' needs and provide strategic offerings to achieve successful customer wins. This role offers achievable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with attractive bonuses, ample opportunities for career growth, and exposure to various cloud solutions selling.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Cloud solutions to SME customers, leveraging your expertise in IT solution selling.
  • Increase the stickiness, loyalty, and spending of existing key accounts by building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proactively identify potential customers' needs and align them with suitable strategic offerings to drive successful customer acquisitions.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Utilize your SME account selling strategy knowledge to develop and execute effective recurring/subscription/consumption selling strategies.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to cloud solutions.
  • Continuously develop and expand your knowledge of cloud solutions and services to effectively address customer needs.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to the management team.


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, IT or related discipline
  • With at least 1-2 years of experience in IT solution selling, cloud experience is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in SME account selling strategy, and recurring/subscription/consumption selling strategy.
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Preferred skills in delivering engaging and impactful presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, focus on customer success, and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of cloud solutions and services.
