Clinical Support Executive (Dental Surgery Assistant background preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the dental field.

• Conduct regular market research to gather relevant market information.

• Visit dental clinics to promote dental products and address customer complaints in Hong Kong.

• Collaborate with various internal departments, particularly the Customer Service team, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above.

• Previous B2B sales experience is advantageous, particularly within the dental or medical device industry.

• Experience as a dental surgical assistant (DSA) or dental technician is preferred.

• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

• Immediate availability is preferred.

Note: We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in dental surgery who are looking to shift into a clinical support or sales role.
