Responsibilities:

  • Support Orders processing and related paper works
  • Contact customers to follow up on Orders
  • Support Sales team administrative duties
  • Handle other Ad hoc related duties

 Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Smart, fast and able to work at non-office hours
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Good in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, able to work independently and attentive to details
