New Life Building Long Stay Care Home (Sham Shui Po)

Responsibilities:

  1. To be responsible for clerical, accounting, asset management and administrative support duties for the smooth implementation of the service unit;

  2. To maintain an efficient filing system;

  3. To manage office supplies and stationery;

  4. To assist in purchasing and procurement;

  5. To prepare correspondence, minutes, records and related documents;

  6. To assist in preparing financial and statistical reports with data input and management;

  7. To provide basic bookkeeping of service units’ accounts;

  8. To handle petty cash accounts; and

  9. To perform administrative and other necessary duties when assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Form 5 or above;

  2. Preferably with clerical experiences in social service setting;

  3. Proficient in MS office applications;

  4. Good command of written and spoken Chinese; and

  5. Good communication, interpersonal skills and good teamwork player.
