Business Data Analyst

In the role of Business Data Analyst, you will be the linchpin between our data science team and business solution managers, ensuring a seamless translation of business logic into actionable data insights. Your work will directly contribute to the strategic development and optimization of projects, driving their success from conception to deployment.

• Employ advanced data analytics and mining strategies to uncover key insights that drive strategic business decisions.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify underlying patterns, correlations, and trends that reveal critical business opportunities.
• Act as a primary liaison between the solution management team and the data science department, ensuring a deep understanding of business objectives and data requirements.
• Thoroughly analyze business logic and data collection practices to identify and articulate critical factors and characteristics that impact project outcomes.
• Play an active role in the project development lifecycle, from initial design to final implementation, focusing on the integration and optimization of data models within business solutions.
• Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with the development team to ensure the successful application and continuous improvement of data models and analytics tools.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology or a related field
  
• At least 2 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role, with a strong understanding of business operations and data requirements.
• Deep knowledge of data processing, analysis, and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience in data modeling and analysis techniques, with the ability to understand and construct critical business factors and characteristics.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify key insights from data.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear and actionable business insights.
• Proven ability to manage project development from inception to deployment, demonstrating leadership and collaboration in a team-oriented environment.
