Associate Director, Leasing

Responsibilities:

• Formulate leasing strategies, tenant mix, and admission/rental policies for retail, office, laboratory & residential properties to maximize the occupancy of the park
• Lead a team in handling leasing procedures & documentation, and ensuring standard and quality
• Liaise with client development team on leasing terms and negotiation strategies for office & laboratory properties
• Source and admit retail tenants
• Work with facilities management for unit fulfillment
• Work with marketing team to prepare marketing materials, formulate effective marketing campaigns and activities
• Collaborate with project team on property layout and specifications
• Plan communal facilities and execute effective tenant admission processes effectively
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• University degree in surveying, building services engineering, facilities management, architecture, or relevant discipline
• Minimum 15 years’ working experience in leasing management of large-scale development with at least 5 years' managerial experience
• Familiar with leasing procedures, tenancy agreements and related legal terms and documents
• Experience with laboratory or R&D facilities is a strong advantage
• Good leadership, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, self-disciplined and result-driven
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager, Leasing

• Frequent Travel or Work in Lok Ma Chau Office is required (Shuttle bus service will be available)
