Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide general administration and clerical support to the IT Department to ensure the smooth running of the operations
  • Maintain and update in IT asset records
  • Manage ticket system
  • Provide general helpdesk support and installation setup for hardware, software, mobile device and computer
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors for assigned tasks
  • Assist in ad-hoc IT-related assignment/projects

Requirements

  • Understanding of mobile devices and other tech products will be an advantage
  • Form 5 or above
  • Good interpersonal skill, telephone manner and service attitude
  • Able to work collaboratively in team environment
  • Responsible, detail-minded and well-organized
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is a plus
