Assistant Leasing Manager / Leasing Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for all leasing matters of Hong Kong retail and commercial projects
• Manage, maintain and develop key tenants and agencies relationship for the property portfolio
• Assistant in formulating and implementing leasing strategy
• Conduct market research, data analysis and compile leasing reports
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Job requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Real Estate/ Business/ Marketing related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in retail property leasing; particularly in retail podiums and shops is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Leasing Manager
• Strong business insight with good understanding of retail markets in HK
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong’s leasing practice, tenancy law, related ordinances & regulations
• Able to work with property management, project team and finance & accounts team
• Knowledge in PC applications particularly on Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese typing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
