Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for full spectrum of human resources services, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, workforce planning, talent development and employee relationship;

  • Act as a trusted business partner to advise management and business leaders on people matters

  • Drive a proactive and efficient recruitment process

  • Assist in managing daily HR operations and deliver high quality HR services and support to staff across levels and departments

  • Ensure HR compliance internally and externally

  • Support the development, planning and implementation of HR initiatives

  • Support/lead HR projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources or related discipline

  • With 8 years relevant work experience

  • Good time management skills and ability to priorities multiple tasks;

  • Result-oriented with strong logical thinking

  • Mature, independent and a good team player;

  • Strong communication skills, able to work independently and under the pressure
