職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Handle C&B operations including payroll administration, MPF, tax reporting, leave administration, work injury compensation, final payment;

  • Assist in conducting data analysis, HR reports & proposals and project management;

  • Assist in implementation of HR policies and guidelines;

  • Participate in data management for the HRMIS migration exercise.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree / Diploma in HR Management or related discipline, preferably with a Bachelor Degree;

  • Solid work experience preferably with 3 years in HR field;

  • Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related regulations;

  • Attention to details and accuracy, proactive and responsible;

  • Familiar with MS Office and proficient in both Chinese and English word-processing;

  • Immediately available is highly preferable;

  • Post and package will be commensurate with the applicant’s work experience.
