Job Description
- To assist in managing the e-commerce operations and business performance of the official stores
- Develop e-Commerce marketing and promotion calendar in line with brand marketing and online strategies
- To collaborate with internal & external teams (marketing, merchandising, logistic, designer, etc.) to ensure the website deliverables are made according to the requirements
- To provide weekly & monthly insights, trends and recommendations through data analysis to develop website optimization strategies to achieve sales target and increase the conversion
- Optimize the website content, user interface, customer journey, and the loyalty program
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in eCommerce, Business, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- Familiar with Shopify, eCommerce operations & digital marketing
- Hands on experience with SEO, SEM & Meta Ads
- Experienced in project management is an advantage but not a must
- Preferences will be given to candidates with experience in fashion products or the US/SEA market
- Strong analytical skills, great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven, logical, self-motivated and organized
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
