Responsibilities:
Administrative Support

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, and handling correspondence.

Assist with the preparation and processing of sales contracts, proposals, and agreements.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Contract Management
-
Track contract renewal dates and proactively notify the sales team and clients to ensure timely renewals.
-
Assist in preparing and reviewing contract renewal documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
-
Maintain an organized record of active contracts and related documentation.
Database Management
-
Update and maintain the sales database with accurate client information, sales activities, and contract details.
-
Regularly audit the database to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Generate and analyze sales reports from the database to provide actionable insights to the team.
Process Improvement
-
Identify inefficiencies in current sales processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.

Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new tools or systems that streamline workflows and improve team performance.

Document updated workflows and provide training to team members as needed.
Customer Service and Communication

Act as a point of contact for client inquiries related to contracts, renewals, and general sales support.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring prompt and professional responses to their needs.

Support the sales team in resolving client issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements:

Degree holder in Business Administration or any related discipline.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
-
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
-
Familiarity with contract management processes and/or sales operations is highly desirable.

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Proficiency in MS office applications
