Assistant Company Secretary/ Company Secretarial Officer 

Job Description: 

• Perform and review a full range of company secretarial duties for the group’s companies incorporated in Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions.
• Handle compliance matters relating to listing rules and company ordinance. 
• Handle filings and correspondences with relevant regulatory and statutory authorities.
• Maintain accurate corporate secretarial filings and records 
• Prepare interim reports, annual reports, circulars, announcements and related documents such as agendas, minutes, resolutions and notices for board, committee and shareholders meetings
• Liaise with internal and external parties for company secretary related transactions
• Assist in ensuring regulatory and compliance standard, requirements and uphold corporate governance practices
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in the field of Corporate Governance and related fields preferred
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledgeable in Companies Ordinance and Hong Kong Listing Rules
• 2 years work experience in listed companies and professional company secretarial firms preferred
