職位描述

Responsibilities:

- Perform daily clerical duties, including handling clerical/filing works

- Handle procurement and inventory management of office supplies and equipment

- Handling sales documents daily

- Handling ISO22000 documents

- Maintain and update company files, records, databases and generate reports as needed

- Manage company insurance policies

- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

- HKDSE/HKCEE or above

- 2 years of relevant work experience

- Proficiency in MS Office applications

- Good command of written English and Chinese

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Accounting proficiency is preferred

- Immediate availability is preferred
