Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the business units;
- Coordinate and resolve daily operation issues;
- Responsible for orders and sales data input in ERP systems, maintain e-filing system;
- Prepare monthly reports for management review;
- Perform ad hoc duties and assignments are required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or above with 1-2 years administrative work experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply;
- Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese typing is essential;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- A good team player with excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure;
- Eager to Learn, customer oriented and detail-minded;
- Immediate available is an advantage
