Job Responsibilities:

Perform receptionist duties
-
Provide general office administration support

Manage company office supplies and exhibition materials

Perform travel arrangement including flight booking, hotel accommodation, ground transportation and visa application etc

Provide trade shows logistics support
-
Perform procurement of office supplies and office maintenance
-
Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
-
Diploma or above;
-
Minimum 1 year of working experience in administration field
-
Good interpersonal and communication skills
-
Self-motivated, well organized and a good team player
-
Proficient in Mac or PC skills and Chinese word processing
-
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-
Fresh graduates are welcome
