職位描述

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform receptionist duties

  • Provide general office administration support

  • Manage company office supplies and exhibition materials

  • Perform travel arrangement including flight booking, hotel accommodation, ground transportation and visa application etc

  • Provide trade shows logistics support

  • Perform procurement of office supplies and office maintenance

  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above;

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in administration field

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-motivated, well organized and a good team player 

  • Proficient in Mac or PC skills and Chinese word processing

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
