About The Role:

Support all-rounded administrative duties including but not limit to bills handling, office maintenance & licensing, procurement, pantry and stationary items ordering, etc
-
Handling incoming calls, mailing order, and courier service in a professional manner

Prepare documents, reports and analysis

Perform ad-hoc duties as required
About You:
-
DSE / F.7 or above
-
3-5 years experience in office administration
-
A good team player, attention to details, good communications and interpersonal skills
-
Good command in written English and Chinese
-
Immediately available is preferred
