Job Description:
Mainly focus on Administration for Finance Department
Maintain and update records, reports, and documents in database system
Provide administrative and clerical support to the team such as filing, photo copy, and outside work (e.g bank)
Handle inventory and stock-taking.
Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required
Job Requirement:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience also less experience will also be considered
Patient, initiative-taking, detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility
With experience using MS Office
Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
Immediate availability is preferred
