職位描述

What you’ll be doing?

  • Provide administrative support to office and shops including general administration, filing, maintenance, telephone & broadband system, printing, logistics arrangement, travel arrangement, office/shop renovation, procurement, security, trademark, asset management, etc.
  • To prepare the departmental plans and budgets;
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects
  • Manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the office, including facility maintenance and logistical support.
  • Execute any other duties as assigned by management




Who are we looking for?

  • A Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience
  • Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving, positive, proactive and constructive attitude
  • Able to work on multi-tasks and meet tight schedules
  • Good communication skills including both spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English
  • Travel to Shenzhen may be required
  • Good Chinese report writing skills is preferred
  • You will have an advantage if you are/ have

    • State-owned enterprise experience
    • Immediately available
